Hi! I am a Senior Analyst on the Advanced Analytics team at the merchant services firm Elavon; a subsidiary of US Bank, the 5th largest commercial bank in the United States. At Elavon, I invest my time in optimizing the customer experience. Previously, I worked as an Analyst in Advanced Analytics at the marketing consulting firm Digitas; a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, one of the world’s largest advertising holding companies. This is my personal blog. ^_^ Right now I’m still finding my writing voice and theme. My primary content for now will be reviews the best of the books that I have come across. Other content will be items that have challenged my vocational work as an applied statistician, and lessons I’ve learned at pivotal points in my life.
